## What makes it different

- **MCP-native, not MCP-compatible.** Every dashboard capability is a typed tool call (49 tools as of v1: project create, session log, decision record, ship event, todo CRUD, secrets, AI-BYOK helpers, primer fetch, primer set). Claude can drive everything without leaving the editor.
- **Auto-logging safety net.** A 2-minute cron syncs GitHub commits → session rows AND fuzzy-matches commit subjects to open todos to tick them off. Deploys never produce duplicate sessions thanks to a Postgres advisory lock per project.
